The Museum of Magic in Cherasco (CN) was born on the initiative of Don Silvio Mantelli, better known as Mago Sales, who over the years and around the world has collected material and objects belonging to the great magicians of history.
The museum structure is born in an old nursery, which has been renovated and adapted to the initiative and is also home to SMILAB, an association that deals with the “Laboratory of Smiles” and “Magic without Borders”, also wanted and chaired by Mago Sales within voluntary and solidarity projects.
The Museum is divided into four themed rooms scenographically set up, a theater used for illusionism shows, a library entirely dedicated to the theme of magic and which has over 18,000 volumes available for study and research reasons.
The museum tour is a real journey in which children and adults are actively involved in a fairy-tale context where the proverbial warning “do not touch” can be temporarily set aside to experiment and discover.
